Give your kids a Banana Puree. Bananas are a good source of potassium and magnesium. They also contain vitamins A and C.
Introduce bananas to your little one:
1. Peel Banana.
2. Cut the fruit in small pieces.
3. Blend until smooth with masher or electric hand blender.
4. Add breast milk, formula or water to thin the purée to the desired consistency.
As your child grows, mash the banana for a chunkier consistency, or simply dice banana into pieces, sized for little fingers to pick up easily.
