Apple-Yogurt Dip is a great source of calcium and fiber. It
contains potassium, folic acid and essential vitamins. This can be
served with your child's favorite fresh fruit, when introducing new
fruits and vegetables and is great when you're on the go.
1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup applesauce
Mix yogurt and applesauce with immersion blender. Serve with favorite fruits and vegetables
