Provides Protein, Calcium, Vit. D

Tip: To make a good sandwich do not have too much bread or too much filling. Flattening the bread by rolling with a rolling pin will make it easier for small children to eat the sandwich. Cut the sandwiches into bite size pieces for your toddler and as they get older you can cut them in to fun shapes.
2 tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature
2 slices bread, flattened with a rolling pin
1 1/2 tsp blueberry jam (or any favorite jam you have)

Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese on to each slice of bread. Spread the jam on top of one slice and top with the remaining slice. Cut into squares or cut to cut to fun shapes.
